I’m here to help you with what they don’t tell you about motherhood
Hi, I’m Jordan!
A millennial mama, wife, therapist and lover of thrifting living in Milwaukee. Originally from Kansas, I found my way to Madison in 2014 where I started my post-graduate career as a social worker and really dug into working with moms and babies.
After years of working with parents and young children from all walks of life with all different kinds of histories, I decided to take my experience get serious about giving moms the mental health care they need and deserve.
Because when mom’s do better, everyone does better.
There are so many unrealistic expectations that we learn from our own past, the communities we live in and our culture as a whole about what it means to be a mom. There are also SO many aspects of trying to conceive, losing pregnancies, growing babies, relationship changes, and all the other facets of parenthood that just
DON’T GET TALKED ABOUT.
How are we supposed to figure this out if nobody tells us what its really gonna be like or how we can manage?!
I’m here to help you grow your mental health muscles so that you can heal, process and thrive into the kind of parent you want to be and start living your life instead of just getting by
.
